Cars and bicycles

The property provides good parking opportunities for both visitors and tenants. There are three large outdoor car parks.

The company / tenant signs an agreement with Apcoa, which is our parking contractor, and then gets marked places to park based on the number agreed. Parking permits must be placed visibly inside the windscreen of the car. Contact Apcoa if you want to rent a parking space.

There are specific places that can be used for a shorter period of time, for example by visitors. Visitors are primarily referred to the Western car park, entrance from Rapsgatan by the guard. In the parking machine, it is possible to take out a ticket with free parking for 2 hours, place the ticket clearly visible in the windshield.

Bicycles
Bicycles are parked in bicycle racks in the area. It is not allowed to park your bike in stairwells, corridors or entrances. These are escape routes and must never be blocked by, for example, bicycles. If bicycles are found there, they will be transported away immediately.

Remember to lock your bike. Corem is not responsible in any case for possible thefts.
